What's the typical lead time to receive edited photos?
My turnaround time varies with how often I'm shooting, if it's wedding season, or my schedule. Typically for sessions, it's 3 weeks or less, and weddings 4-6 weeks.
Do you require a deposit?
I do require a deposit for weddings. It is 10% of the total cost of the package.
Do you Travel outside of niagara?
I do travel outside of Niagara. There is a travel expense for events outside of Niagara.
what methods of payment do you accept?
I don't accept CC. Only Cash, Cheque, or E-transfer.
How many images do you include?
Each of my packages varies in how many images I deliver. I don't give a cut off number because I don't believe in withholding good images. I promise to capture your memories fully and deliver a gallery with more than enough!
Do you give unedited images?
No, I believe half the magic comes from the editing process. I know you may be excited to see the images, but it will be worth the wait!
What should we wear?
When I book your session in my client management system, you will receive a detailed guide regarding your session, wardrobe recommendations, and what to expect during our time together. This will help you ease your nerves and leave you feeling prepared.
What if there is bad weather?
I like to embrace all kinds of weather. Dark storm clouds and wind can add so much dimension and movement to your images! But if the weather is harsh enough to ruin my gear, we will reschedule.
Do you help with the planning process?
Absolutely! This is the first time for professional photos for many of my clients. I am here to help every step of the way!
